Comprehensive and convenient scenario-based EHR training

At BlueStrata, we know that the key to user acceptance is high comfort level with the software. One way we accomplish this is through interactive training. We start by working with your organization to decide who should attend training for the various modules of the software. Once we have your schedule in place, we perform extensive in-house training sessions for your staff. We provide each of your staff members with a laptop during training and run through an all-encompassing range of situations. With the use of our hands-on scenarios, most users report a strong comfort level with the software within the first day of training. For the clinical staff, we offer training sessions on each shift for their convenience.

On–site and web–based follow up training is available at the request of the client and we also provide our facilities with detailed user guides.
